MQW-511 Automotive Exhaust Gas Analyzer:
This analyzer is designed for use in auto repairs, inspections, safety checks and general engine tune-ups, which offers a measuring range that is strictly set to the suitable levels for such operation. It allows you to simultaneously measure concentrations of CO, HC, CO2, NO and O2 in engine emission in idle states. It can also measure the excess air ratio (λ) of test engines. Light weight and compact enough, it can be fit at any work situation. Moreover, with a clear LCD and effortless operation, it can be used as a simple measurement instrument in other than the auto repair field.
Automotive Emission Tester Features:
1. The imported HORIBA optical platform is used to measure the concentration of CO, HC and CO2 by the principle of non-dispersive infrared absorption (NDIR); the concentration of O2 and NO is measured by electrochemical sensors.
2. Equipped with RPM and oil temperature measure interface.
3. Equipped with RS232 interface is convenient for detection line networking, data transmission and report printing.
4. The sampling channel is loaded with a filter system to efficiently separate oil, water and impurities in the exhaust gas, so that the sample gas entering from the sampling channel meets the detection requirements of the high-precision sampling platform, thereby ensuring measurement accuracy and stability.
