1 Printing: Custom Pattern will be printed by professional
platemaker
2 Carpet Combination：Blank carpet and pattern will be combined by heater Machine.
3 Carpet Cutting: Semi-production will be cut by computer controlled laser cutting machine as per cusotmer request shape and size.
4 Lockstitch or Hemming : Experienced workers will finish all task efficiently.
5 Inspection and Finishing: QC check before package.
6 Packing ( Vacuum or not): Water-proof plastic pack rolling carpet and take vacuum if needed for fluffy ones.
After all process finished, clear and beatiful printing will be shown on the surface materials.
