1) Yellow Spot management
Starwire adopt special colloids and phosphors, making color saturation higher and yellow spot smaller than others on the market. A range of temperature options and ensure the color consistency of the batch, 2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K/6500K.
2） High-quality Circuit Board (FPCB)
Starwire use high-quality circuit boards(FPCB as below), large chip and large voltage drop margin, with no difference in brightness between the head and tail.
3) Life Span Management
Starwire FCOB strips made the ANSI/IES LM-80-15 certificate, testing 9000hours and light decay<5%, with CE/ROHS/UL, environmental & life testing share as below.

Some types have moq but 1 piece sample is always welcome.
4. What is the main market for Starwire?
We are selling more to Europe, Australia and north America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 60-70%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other regions.
5. What LED do you usually use for your LED products?
We have two kind of LED chip. One is brand LED like SAMSUNG, Epistar and Sanan with LM-80 report; the other is customization or chips clients provide.
6. What is Starwire lead time?
Usually in 8-10 days for non-waterproof order, 2 weeks for waterproof order. Sample lead-time is always 3-5 days. For OEM/ODM products, delivery time depends on the request of product.
7. Can Starwire do custom assembly or offer OEM product?
Starwire are experienced in OEM/ ODM/ OBM service and finished many new items with clients. We welcome good and unique design, willing to develop products with customers together.
8. Do you have warranty for products?
Yes, we mainly provide 5 years warranty for most items and 3 year warranty also available. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by Starwire engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.
9. Does Starwire design its products?
Yes, Starwire design and assemble many products. Our engineers have rich knowledge of optics, electronics, mechanical, structural and thermal management, as well as light control technology. We have 9 appearance patents and 6 structural patents.
