Automatic Two-layer Two-line Hot Sealing Cold Cutting T-shirt Bag Making Machine
1.Applicable for producing hot sealing cold cutting T-shirt bags from tube film of HDPE, LDPE and etc.
2.The machine has programmable controller by Omron PLC and touch screen for clear display and easy operation.
3.Back feeding adopts 4 inverters for every line separately and sensors to auto-control the unreeling speed.
4.It adopts 2 sets of rubber rollers to reduce the tension of the sealing line and increase the quality and sealing.
5.The sealing bar structure is independent for every line, allowing the adjustment of pressure, temperature and sealing time independently. This assures the beautiful; and stable sealing line of different thickness and materials.
6.It has functions of film jam detection, no-film detection, auto-stop and alarming.
7.Auto-punching device is equipped. It uses pneumo-hydraulic pressure cylinder with low noise and low air consumption.
