It is based on the principle of sandwich immunossay for determination of HBsAg in human serum specimen. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify HBsAg specifically.This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15-20 minutes.

Before testing, you must read the instruction manual completely.
2. Take out the test strip from the original package, take it out and lay it flat on the table top, and drop 1 drop of whole blood sample on the sample pad with a straw.
3. Add 2 drops of Hbs Ag diluent to the upper sample pad.
4. The results were observed within 15 minutes , and the results displayed after 20 minutes had no clinical significance.
