It is customisable in terms of appearance, box and so on, but in my opinion it is not only customisable in this direction. The most important element of customisation is the audio content, the language of your country, the spoken language, the dialect and so on, anything that has to do with audio.
It also has the point that it can be customised in the form of a journal, with all the content arranged so that you have a card to read at the back and develop your own loyal clientele.
