Product introduction:
Circular vibrating screen do a circular motion, is a kind of multilayers, efficient type vibrating screen. Specifical design for the stone quarry screen, also for coal, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical sectors classification used for products.
Application Field:
Quarry, crawler sand, dry mortar, mechanism sand, power plant desulfurization, quartz sand, etc.
Suitable Material:
Pebble, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, calcite, quartz and diabase.
Principle of Operation:
Motor make the exciter eccentric block to produce high speed rotating through V-belt. Operation of the eccentric block to produce big centrifugal force, excited circular motion amplitude sieve boxes do a circularmotion. The materials on the sieve box have the impulse in the screen surface inclination and produce a continuous casting movement. Materials and screen surface meet, little than sieve particles through the sieve, and realize the classification.
