1. Is it REACH standard?
REACH standard is optional, it must be included in PI before production. As the raw material is different with normal production
2. Is it flame retardant?
Can be B1/M2/NFPA701/B2 Flame retardant, it need confirmation before production, as different level FR makes different price. Our regular samples not FR included
3. Is it Anti-cold?
Anti-cold can be -30℃ and above, also need to be confirmed before production
4. What is your guarantee of your products?
We are producing according to customer requirement, so our guarantee is based on customers’ needs. And we would have some notes with customers. We would promise whatever we can make, and discuss with customer about the uncertain objects. For everything we promised, we accept any third-party test.
5. What is your price range?
We do wide price range following customer requirement, in our new factory, we adopted most advanced production line among China factories, we are confident we have the most competitive price against quality
6. What is the MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
It depends on the product spec. For regular products, we can produce 2000 meters or so, and sometimes we do have some stock rolls for customers’ sampling purpose.

Raw material incoming inspection>Testing production and see the characters
9. What is your inspection process in your factory?
Raw material inspection>online inspection during production>packing and labeling inspection>test before shipment.
10.Can all production be traced back?
Yes, We have the record from raw material, production time, responsible people during production, according to production order number.
11. Which products are your own production, and which are outsourced?
DER have 3 factories which produce coated fabrics, woven fabrics, and PVC films, and we only outsource raw materials and some relative production,
12. Do you accept OEM production, including labels and packing?
Yes
13. What to do if there are defected rolls?
Customer send picture and we would send equal rolls by next shipment.
14. What is your production ability? And what is the proportion already occupied?
We have production ability more than 8million sqm per month for our 3 factories, our new factory in Anhui province, 3 million sqm per month, now only 30% occupied, dated Feb. 1, 2024
15. What is your production time?
25-30 days regularly.
