Product Feature

S tructural adhesive note glue process, finished products curing

1.Before note glue , first with surface protection tape cover the outer edge of glued area , to prevent contamination in these areas when scraping gum.

2. single component structural silicone sealant can be directly used for manual or pneumatic gun , when used with pneumatic gun, adjust the operating pressure to prevent air bubbles when note glue.

3.M uzzle diameter must be smaller than the interface thickness, so that the muzzle extends into the depth of one-half of the interface. Muzzle should be moderately uniformly moving , ensure full structural adhesive in interfaces , plastic injection should be prevented from moving too fast or reciprocating generating bubbles or holes.

4.After dispensing is complete, timely use a spatula make the extra structural adhesive inwardly compacted ,so that structural adhesive in contact with the side of the interface, to help reduce internal air bubbles and holes, and to ensure structural adhesive with the full contact stick surface. Finally, the same direction make the interface surface smooth .

5.After trimming, the timely removal of surface protection ta marked with the date and number, horizontal conservation.

6.moving time again: under standard conditions, one-component curing of seven days, two-component curing 12 hours.

7. Completely cure time: standard conditions, one-component curing for 14 days, it's a two-component curing 7 days.

Storage period:

In the dry environment and store below 27 ℃, storage period of 9 months.
