1. Is this stock goods? Any color/design available?
This is customization product, no stock, customer need to provide us their artwork design so we can custom the printing.
2. Are you a factory or trading company?
Yes, we are the direct manufacturer, we are verified by Alibaba, our main products is tin boxes and galvanized iron ice bucket&beverage tubs, we can also provide customer set package like cards, cardboard box, ribbon, foam/cardboard/plastic inserts etc.
3. For all size, MOQ is 1000pcs per size?
Not exactly, for normal size products, MOQ is 1000pcs because price of quantity ≤1000pcs is calculated according to our minimum consumption. If you want less quantity, we can produce for you but unit price will be high because its price is calculated according to minimum consumption.
4. Is the products food safe contact?
Yes, most of our products is for package of dry food package so it's food grade, since we have more than 2000 models, not all of the sizes have the test report, we did food test grade for some products according to customer's requirement, please contact us for the test report if you want.
5. Do you offer design service?
We offer simple design service like helping customer to apply their artwork on template and simple artwork adjustment, artwork design need to be provided by customer.
6. Do you custom new size/model?
Yes, design file need to be provided by customer. We are backed up by several professional mold factories who can produce molds of the new size/models for us, plastic sample will be made for customer to confirm before the production of the molds to avoid any mistakes.
