What kind of door we are producing?
We focus on producing custom wrought iron door, window, gate, fence, garage door and other ironware.
We have been exporting doors to US, AU market for above 20year. We completely can satisfy all kinds of door request. You don't need to worry you are not sure if you like the door because we have professional CAD design center to help you view the door before you place order.
Regular iron door
Regular iron door only have foam in the tube
There will be a thermal break plate in the middle of tube to reduce heat transit between interior and exterior of house.
10 basic color option. You can also send us color sample for custom color.
All glass is double pane tempered glass and the regular thickness of glass is 5+6+5 mm. We also provide impact glass and bullet proof glass. If you want LOWE glass, extra charge will be needed.
Regular iron door
Regular iron door only have foam in the tube, it is only for warm area in winter.
Thermal break door
There will be a thermal break plate in the middle of tube to reduce heat transit between interior and exterior of house.
The special package only for those customer who buy one or two doors. It helps to protect door from damage happen during shipping.
The regular package is for order quantity at least one 20ft container. We will use 5 different soft and durable material to wrap the door inside the poly wood crate to keep door has good status in container.
Production time
45 days for 45 ft container ( usually 40-50 doors)
40 days for 40 ft container (usually 30-40 doors)
35 days for 20 ft container (usually 12-18 doors)
30 days for quantity less than 5 doors
