Phocos solar street light mppt charge controller CIS05 CIS10 CIS20 PV-Systems exposed to extreme weather/environmental conditions (street lights, navigation buoys, etc.) have increased risk for damage in the power electronics. In order to assure reliable battery charge control under such conditions, Phocos developed an encapsulated charge controller (IP68) to prevent corrosion: CIS. CIS is an industrial-grade charge controller that is suitable for all practical PV applications. High-quality, 4-stage PWM-charging is combined with amazing features such as: low-voltage disconnect, flexible load timer functions, and a multi-LED system status display. CIS is available in two versions:

PRODUCT FUNCTION
1. Over protection: could chose LVD mode or SOC mode
2. Overvoltage protection: 12V system 15.5V, 24V system 31V cut off the load
3. Low-voltage protection: 12V system 10.5V, 24V system 21V cut off the load
4. Over-current protection: When the actual current is 110% greater than the rated current, Delay of 120 s to cut off the load
When the actual current is 150% greater than the rated current, Delay of 10 s to cut off the load
When the actual current is 200% greater than the rated current, Delay of 3 s to cut off the load
5. Short-circuit protection: When the actual current is three times greater than the rated current, immediately cut off the load
