Feature:
Ferrochrome nitride is widely used in electric furnace and oxygen converter smelting nitrogenous steel. Nitrogen is an austenitic forming element, which is added as a component to Cr-Mn and Cr-Mn stainless steel to replace nickel in shortage.

Natural properties: high-nitrogen ferrochrome is delivered in blocks, each weight shall not be more than 5kg, the size of the high-nitrogen ferrochrome less than 23cm×11.5cm×6cm of the number of high-nitrogen ferrochrome block shall not exceed 2.5% of the total weight, the internal and surface of the high-nitrogen ferrochrome shall not contain significant non-metallic inclusion, if the buyer has special requirements, can be negotiated by the supply and demand.

Production Process
Quality Control for Our Melting Process
1、Raw materials are added in perfect order for producingmore Mg-Si and reducing the loss of Mg.
2、The thickness of our alloy ingot is under controlled within 10-15mm,if under 10mm,it will increase MgO.if above 15mm, it will reduce the uniformity of our alloy ingot.
3、We will clean the surface of ingot after alloy solidified.Oxide,impurity,and powder of the surface will beeliminated from the surface.
Quality Control
To ensure the best and stable quality,we check more than four times for one orderby spectrometer and chemical test,including raw materials,production,final products.
