Description
Three-roll dry drum permanent magnetic separator is the separator we usually speak of limonite magnetic separator and manganese ore magnetic separator. This magnetic separator respectively made up by strong the cylinder with a diameter of 600 mm (5000 gs) and three magnetic roller diameter of 200 mm (gs), 13000-15000. Sorting 8 mm - 16 mm thick ore material, through three magnetic separation, greatly improve the recovery rate of ore, improves the sorting. In general, can improve the grade of 10% - 10%, about quantity for 8 to 10 t/h.

Application
1) . This machine is used for separating 8 mm - 16 mm fraction of magnetic minerals, in the magnetic separation feasibility, on the basis of combining the design of the form, the distributed benefication process into a centralized benefication process.
2). The machine adopts permanent magnet system design, stable work, concentrate grade is able to guarantee.
3). Dry magnetic separation machine adopts single magnetic system design based on mineral particle size, the body part of the mineral granularity guarantee under 16 mm optional sex, size greater than 16mm cannot enter magnetic system.
4). The machine has simple structure and transmission part adopts outside naked type, implements the rapid maintenance and repair in the process of production.
5). The machine into higher electrical control technology, make the operation convenient and easy to understand, to improve work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators .
