Motor Description
YVFE2-series of motor is a variable frequency and speed regulating three phase asynchronous motor derived from YE2-series of motor. The coolant mode is IC416, and its efficiency value conforms to the grade 3 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2012, which is consistent with the IE2 of IEC 60034-30 Energy Efficiency Grade of Single Speed Three Phase Cage Induction Motors. This series of motor can completely replace YJTG, YVF2-series low-voltage variable frequency speed regulating three phase asynchronous motor.
In terms of structure, the cooling fins are in the form of parallel and vertical distributions. This structure is novel and the shape is unique. The terminal box is at the top, which is convenient for users to connect. The designs of parts such as base and end shield are reasonable, which makes the whole machine lower in both noise and vibration. The axial flow fan is used for forced ventilation to ensure that the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed the specified value during long-term operation at low speed and constant torque. Full consideration is given to the adverse effect of the power supply of the inverter on the motor design to ensure the motor's overload capacity at high frequencies and to maintain constant torque output at low frequencies.
The speed regulating systems connected frequency converter and YVFE2-series high-efficiency variable frequency speed regulating three phase asynchronous motor, compared with other speed regulating systems, have the advantages of significant energy saving effect, good speed regulating performance, wide speed range, low noise, low vibration, easy equipment with various inverters at home and abroad. It can be widely used in the speed regulation of constant torque and power in light industry, textile, chemical industry, metallurgy, machine tool, etc., and in the speed regulation of energy-saving in fans, pumps, etc., which helps to achieve the automatic control of the speed regulation system.

A: All export motors will be well packaged to avoid any possible damages during transportation. Vacuum tin foil packaging inside,
and solid wooden box outside. The motor will be firmly fixed on the box base.
