QGF type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line.

It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process.

The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.

The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON.

Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. Outside Wshing Machine.

Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical elements adopt the products with brands of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic elements adopt the products with brand of AIRTAC.

Bottle Filler

1/Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable. 2/Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

Bottle Capper

1/Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
2/Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make products more clean and safe by using sterilization and finished water.
3/Customers can choose to equip ABB/SEW motor, GRUNDFOS water pump, FESTO pneumatic component.

LP Series Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

The LP type automatic bottle unscramble is used for the sorting of disordered polyester or PET bottles. The scattered bottles are sent by the elevator to the bottle unscramble, and the bottles enter the bottle compartment to position themselves by the thrust of the fan. With the function of the bottle turning device, the bottles are sorted into the bottle mouth to stand upright, and output into the filling or next process through the air conveying or conveying system.

Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?

When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , we will dispatch engineer to you.

 Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .

 Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .

 Collected your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100~200 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer’s personal safety.

Note: Normally when your preparation is done, you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .

Q 2 How long time for installation?

According your machines order, we will send one or two engineers to your plant, it will take about 15 days to 30 days.

Q 3 How about the spare parts?

We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines together when delivery. During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts with our cost price including and delivery fees.

Q 4 How to test machine before delivery?

We will connect all machines in line make them running over 8 hours non-stop, then take and send testing videos. Or we could live video inspection .

Q 5 How about the Packaging details?

Standard export packing to ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety. ( Heavy products adopt export plywood case packing with waterproof film . Small products use thick carton packing waterproof film)

Q 6 Do you have reference project?

We have reference project in most countries. After getting the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us ,we will send you their contact information and arrange your visiting to their factory.
