Installation Notes
1. The installation position should be far away from the water inlet, otherwise the switch will cause malfunction due to the fluctuation of the water inlet.
2. The load of the controlled line must match the contact capacity of the float switch.
3. The specific gravity of the liquid to be tested must be greater than that of the float.
4. The action point of the float has been adjusted at the factory according to the customer's order requirements, please do not adjust the position of the float at will.
Instructions
1. When the float switch is used in circuits with inductive loads such as motors, relays, solenoid coils, etc.,
it is recommended to connect protection circuits such as RC (buffer), varistor, diode, etc. in parallel at both ends of the load.
2. When the float switch is used in capacitive loads such as capacitors, incandescent light bulbs, and long cables, a surge current will be generated between the contacts of the switch; flow resistors or surge absorbers, etc.
Notice:
Do not connect the float switch directly to the solenoid valve, motor or solenoid switch
Ordering information
1. From the outer hexagonal plane to the bottom of the float switch is the total length of the switch.
2. When measuring the distance between the two circlips and the size of the floating ball, if there are multiple floating balls, the distance between the floating ball and the floating ball should be measured.
3. According to the wiring method and the need to control the water level, the number of outgoing wires, the length of the wire, the material of the wire, the position of the floating ball on and off, the required voltage and current, whether the electric shock form is normally open or normally closed, the temperature range, etc. should be marked.
