Thickness: 0.01mm - 0.15mm (commonly 0.03mm - 0.05mm for display rack packaging poly bags).
Types:Regular poly bags: Large full-size display racks typically use non-sealed regular poly bags for easy removal.
Sealed bags: Sealed bags are suitable for accessories or small products to prevent items from falling out.
Foam
Types: Commonly used polyolefin foam, with options for polyurethane foam or phenolic foam based on requirements.
Density: Standard densities include 7kg/m³, 8kg/m³, 9/m³, 10/m³, or other densities as per product requirements.
Thickness: Commonly 30mm, but can be customized to 10mm, 20mm, or more. Recommended thickness is usually not more than 50mm.
Cardboard Boxes
Types: Corrugated cardboard boxes or single-layer cardboard boxes, with corrugated boxes typically used for exported products.
Application: Corrugated cardboard boxes for outer packaging generally use A, B, C flute types, while inner packaging may use B, E flute types, and small packaging often employs E flute types.
Layers of cardboard: Commonly available in 3 layers, 5 layers, 7 layers. For export products, it's recommended to use 5 layers, and for large and very heavy products, 7 layers are advised.

Types: L-shaped paper edge protectors, U-shaped paper edge protectors, bent paper edge protectors, waterproof paper edge protectors, wrapped paper edge protectors, special-shaped paper edge protectors. Display rack products typically use L-shaped paper edge protectors.
