The water based acrylic polymer emulsion is used for electrostatic flocking . The water based acrylic polymer emulsion has excellent adhesion and forms a strong adhesive film on material surface. The adhesive film is water-resistant, wear-resistant , heat resistant, anti-aging and solvent-resistant . The electrostatic flocking adhesive is water based and free of solvent. Mainly used in electrostatic flocking on PVC, PP, PU, metal, paper, rubber, wood, EVA, fabric . |
| Application method |
Adding 3% hardener 816 can increase the bonding
strength and the ability of chemical-resistance of the adhesive. The adhesive must be used up within 1 day after mixing the hardener. |
