A4:Yes, you can send me your ideas and suggestions of the design you want. Just tellus your ideas and we will help you realize it. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text, tell us how to layout, we willsend you finished files for confirmation.
Q5: What are the regular colors of the product, can it be customized?
A5:Regular colors arepink, emerald green, purple, blue, white, black, silver. Colors can be customized, such as Pantone colors, MOQ is 500 pcs.
Q6: Can I customize my own logo?
A6:Yes, we can customize the logo. One is placed on products, with stickers and aluminum logos. Another is
put it on top of the packaging through stickers or printing.
Q7：What kind of packaging do you have?
A7:Regular packing: PP bag,bubble bag, white box, heat shrink, bubble shell, color box. Customized: plane box, display box.
Q8: When will my order be shipped?
A8:Usually the production time is 15~20 working days. If your order is urgent, we can also arrange it as priority. Pleasecontact our sales for accurate delivery date.
Q9: What's the payment term?
A9: You can pay by TT, Western Union or Alibaba trade assurance order. Order amount within USD 2000, full payment first. Order amount between USD 2000 to USD 5000, 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery. Order amount more than USD 5000, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

Q11: How do you deliver the goods to me?
A11: We have different shipping method, such as by air, express, train and sea. And we are close to Shanghai and Ningbo sea port.
