Automatic Pineapple Peeler and Corer Machine
Introduction
1. This machine is specialized to peel pineapple. It can peel the skin and
remove the core to get cylinder pineapple without core.
2. Material contact with food is made of 304 stainless steel.
3. Customer need to prepare the air compressor.
Working Principles
1. Manual work to cut off the head and tail of pineapple first,then put
pineapple on the feeding frame with adjustable center height;
2. Pineapple is pushed by air cylinder and scarfskin is cut by specially-made blades then be pushed into peeling cylinder to remove pineapple
skin;
3. Meanwhile pineapple core will be removed to get cylinder shape
pineapple. With or without core is optional.
