Installation Instructions
How We Work
1 & 2, Inquiry & Solution -
After received your Alibaba Inquiry with the Railing Dimension Information, we will prepare the Initial Solution for your reference at first.
3, Quotation & Design -
Make the shop drawing based on client's exactly requirement and size to ensure there is no any mistake, and start the fabrication work after we received the Signed Confirmed Shop Drawing.
4, Fabrication -
Production time would be about 25days after deposit paid and shop drawing confirmed.
Accurate time will depend on final quantity and if peak season or not.
5, Inspection -
After we finished the trail assembly work, we will inspect the dimension as per the confirmed shop drawing and
take the video
for you confirm.
6, Packing - to get goods ready for shipping
Packing way depends on whether goods will be shipped in FCL way (full container loading) or LCL way (less than container loading).
Standard packing:
Stainless Steel Accessories: Bubble Wrap + Foam (add plywood box if in LCL shipping);
Glass : Bubble Wrap + Foam + carton + sealed plywood box / Wood Case

7, Container loading & Shipping -
If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.
If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.
If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.
