Nitrile rubber is mainly used in the manufacture of oil-resistant rubber products. Abbreviated as NBR, it is a synthetic rubber obtained by copolymerizing butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is a synthetic rubber with good oil resistance (especially alkane oils) and good aging resistance. There are five kinds of acrylonitrile content (%) in nitrile rubber: 42~46, 36~41, 31~35, 25~30, 18~24. The higher the acrylonitrile content, the better the oil resistance, but the cold resistance decreases accordingly. It can be used in air at 120°C or oil at 150°C for a long time.
General properties of nitrile rubber

Nitrile rubber has good heat resistance, and its heat resistance is better than that of natural rubber, butadiene rubber andstyrene-butadiene rubber. The long-term use temperature can reach 100C, and 120C can be used for 40 days.
