1. How long does the container house last?
The container house is for temporary, it can last 15-20
years under normal circumstances
2.What are your home packages?
Usually we have two packaging methods: the overall packaging and the top and bottom packaging.
We generally recommend that customers only do top and bottom packaging, the remaining accessories and wall panels in bulk, because it is more economical.
3.What are the highest wind speed that your structure can withstand?
Usually it can stand the wind speed around 200 KM/h. We can give the structure calculation book for your reference. Please make sure that the bottom of the house will be fixed well with foundation.
4.How long the container house can be assembled together?
The container house can be finished with 4 workers within 2 hours.
5.What all attributes does the container home come with (interior/exterior)?
The standard container will come with 2 windows, 1 door and all the well done roof system with electrics, well done basement with PVC flooring and all the walls. also we can do additional accessories following your request with water systems, bathroom, kitchen, beds, glass wall and some internal and external decorations
.
6.How long is the shipping process?
Usually we will start production within 7 days after we got the first payment. it costs for drawings decomposition and raw materials purchase, then we can produce 20 units standard container houses every day

7.Are the rooms in the container home sound proof?
Yes we use glass wool sandwich panel as the partition wall so the rooms would have good sound insulation. Usually we use the sandwich panel with thickness of 75 mm,and there are more choices,such as 100mm or 150mm.

Consists of 0.42mm colored steel sheets on both sides or one 0.42 colored sheet and one 0.42mm stainless
sheet, integrated with EPS\ROCK WOOL etc. The thickness of the external wall is 75mm, and the internal wall
is 50mm. The density of the EPS is 12kg\m³, the density of the rock wool is 100kg\m³. And the color of the
wall is as per the clients’ demands.
