Wall Panel

Material: 50mm thick EPS for insulation, density is 14kgs/m², 950 or 1150mm wide. It is with double sides 0.4mm thick color
steels, tongue and groove interlock structure. Advantages: High strength, flame retardant, easy installation

Basement System

Basement

The landing leg is welded by 80x40mm galvanized square tube, 1.5mm thick. 8pcs in lengthways and 2pcs in lateral. The coaming is
made of galvanized steel, 1.5mm thick, inner strengthen. The grills are made of 30x4mm flat bar with painting and 2.5mm thick
diamond plate. The whole basement is totally 300mm high, standard equipped with 2 rows of grilles and 3 rows of diamond plate.

Ramp

Material: 2.5mm diamond plate with painting, 2pcs; same material as strengthen bar in the back. Size is 630x1800mm (WxL)

If your space is limited to have the outside ramp, then inner ramp is a good choice. It is same using as outer ramp, you will not
feel space smaller.

Ventilation System

Air Intake

2sets 4kw centrifugal fan for air intaking, air capacity is 25000 m³/h; The frame is soldered by 50mmx50mm square tube and wrapped
by galvanized steel with powder coating. It is in diamond shape, stronger and less noise.

Air Exhaust

1set 5.5kw centrifugal fan for exhausting, air capacity is 20000 m³/h; The frame is soldered by 50mmx50mm square tube and wrapped
by galvanized steel with powder coating. It is in diamond shape, stronger and less noise. Standard air duct is 3m. $50/m for
extra.

Lighting System

Ceiling Lights

Ceiling Lights: 8units×4pcs=32pcs×16W LED lights. illumination≥800Lux. Side lights are as option.

Heating System

Diesel Burner

Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. max temperature: 80℃. The burner need the diesel as resource to heat air and then
the hot air go throught heat exchanger to the room. Gas burner is also availabe, need $500 extra.

Heat Exchanger

Material: 2.0mm thick #201 stainless steel Manufactured by argon arc welding with good sealing and work effect.

Purification System

Pre-filter Cotton

Pre-filter: installed on the air inlet to prevent large dust particles larger than 10µm and other impurities; Recommended time for
changing: 60-80 working hours

Ceiling Filter Cotton

Ceiling filter: installed on the ceiling frame to prevent much smaller dust, make sure the air is clean. Recommended time for
changing: 400-450 working hours

Floor Filter Cotton

Fiberglass floor filter: installed under grilles for full downdraft spray booth; installed on exhaust cabinet for semi downdraft
spray booth. It is used to prevent paint mist going outside. Recommended time for changing: 40-60 working hours

Controlling System

Control Panel

It includes the button: spray&baking switch, time setting, lighting switch, temperature controller, power supply switch, emergency
stop, breakdown alarm, etc. All electrical parts are from SCHNEIDER. Function: Spraying, Baking, Heat Spraying, automatic
temperature control Protection: Overload protection, phase-break protection
