1.Determined to mount height on door (recommend 10" to 12" above the interior lever).
2.Place the latch on the frame so the bracket is offset from the frame 1/16" (See Figure).
3.Once the latch is in the desired position on the frame face, mark(3)holes for drilling (See Figure 1).
4.Center punch and drill (3) 5/32" pilot holes.

Note: Frame reinforcement is recommended, when installing on a tight frame, use TA-10 reinforcement bracket (provided by Timely). Supplied with (3) 12-24 machine screws if needed.

Q1: What is your MOQ?
A1: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q2: Can I get samples?
A2: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q3: How long is lead time of sample?
A3: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q4: How long is the production time?
A4: It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A5: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al,CDR or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q6: How many colors are available?
A6: We match colors with general electroplating color. So you can just tell us what do you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some colors to you.
