EH8 series CNC Press Brake
- The frame is constructed with a mortise-and-tenon design, fully welded for stability and longevity. It is processed using a large floor-mounted boring and milling machine to ensure high precision and minimize deformation.
- It adopts top-level electro-hydraulic servo valve and grid ruler for closed-loop control.
- The standard configuration features a 2-axis (X,R) back gauge, or you can choose the more versatile and efficient 4-axis (X,R,Z1,Z2) back gauge as an alternative option.
- The worktable is equipped with a motorized CNC controlled anti-deflection mechanism that effectively eliminates the impact of slider deformation on workpiece quality. The CNC system automatically adjusts compensation amount for convenient and precise operation.

CNC Controller
The EH8 series electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brake is equipped with the independently developed HNC-700 control system, while optional DELEM, CYBELEC and other control systems are available to meet specific requirements.

Rigid Frame Design
-The machine is designed and built with a welded one-piece frame that is machined without repositioning to guarantee sturdiness and precision.
Integrative Processing
-The entire machine frame is finished in an integral process using a CNC three-dimensional machining center to ensure high accuracy.


Double guide rail structure
The original main rail is enhanced with a pair of auxiliary guide rails, incorporating copper alloy wear-resistant plates and embedded graphite particles to ensure smoother guiding performance.

Y1, Y2 Axis Control
With the adoption of fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology, the position signal of the slider is fed back to the controller by linear encoders on both sides. Subsequently, the CNC controller regulates the oil volume of the oil cylinder by modulating the opening size of the proportional valve core, ensuring the slider (Y1, Y2) operates on a consistent plane and maintain a parallel state with the worktable.
Linear Encoder
High precision linear encoder is adopted as displacement sensor, which is installed on the C-shaped plate to accurately detect the position of the oil cylinder. The feedback accuracy is up to 0.01mm, enabling precise control of the bending angle.







Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system utilizes an imported integrated control system, minimizing pipeline installation and eliminating oil leakage while enhancing the stability of the machine tool, and boasting an aesthetically pleasing, simple appearance.
The integration with linear encoders establishes a precise control system, which ensures rapid response, accurate flow control,
minimal heat generation, and exceptional durability.

Back Gauge System

The back gauge structure is robustly designed for consistent and precise positioning of the axes, with a beam equipped with dual linear guide rails for enhanced stability and precision.

ABG-2 X+R axis Back Gauge
- The X axis is driven by a combination of linear guide, ball screw, and servo motor to ensure precise positioning.
- The R axis uses a high-strength solid steel rod as the power transmission, with helical gears assisting in synchronous positioning, and high-strength screws to securely connect components. This enables the R axis to be synchronized accurately, with fast response, low failure rates, and easy maintenance.

CNC CROWNING
-The purpose of CNC crowning is to achieve the optimal bent workpiece by effectively compensating for the deflection deformation caused by the ram and vertical plate of the worktable.
