A: Factory, we have factory audit by Alibaba. Our factory has been in charge of production about 20 years.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A: Yes. But need $30 per pc/ color/ design first, and will be deducted when mass order placed.

Q: Do you support customized products?

Q: Do you have the sophisticated teamwork?
A: We have designers, sale persons, senior tailors, graphic artists, marketing promotion staff  for the  pre-sales.

Q: Are the unit price and shipping cost the real price?
A: Yes, you can choose the product you want, enter the quantity and address, and the payment you need to pay will be automatically updated. If you purchase a larger quantity, you can choose to ship by sea. The more the quantity, the more cost-effective the freight!
