pyrogenic silica nano sio2 fumed silica HB-151
Fumed silica, also known as pyrogenic silica, is superfine micro-nano fine chemical products with primary particle size 5 – 50nm. Fumed silica is divided into hydrophilic type and hydrophobic type according to their different surface treatment process.
Fumed silica has significant functions of reinforcing, anti-caking, rheology control(anti-sagging, anti-settling, thickening), catalyst carrier, defoaming etc. So it is widely used in the industries of silicone rubber, adhesives, sealants, paint, coating, resins, pharmaceuticals and food etc.
Performance Characteristics:
HB-151 is hydrophobic fumed silica which is produced by hydrophilic fumed silica with specific surface area of 150m2/g after chemical post-treatment with DDS(Dimethyldichlorosilane).
Application
Fumed silica is widely applied to the industries of silicone rubber, adhesives, sealants, paint, coating, resins, pharmaceuticals,composite materials, fertilizer, animal feed and food etc.
Mainly used as bulking agent of tire, plastic shoes sole, also used in pesticide, dope and
other silicon compound.
