1. Control system

After the boiler is turned on, the operator can freely enter the standby state (setting), enter the operating state (starting), and exit the operating state (stopping) through 6 buttons, and set the operating parameters freely when in the standby state; Fully functional: It can set operating parameters such as current time, alarm temperature, upper and lower water temperature limits, starting and closing temperatures of the circulating pump, and boiler on/off time (which can be divided into 4 time periods) at will. Usually, operators only need to press the "Start" button to start up and the "Stop" button to stop, which is very simple.
2. Combustion system
Adopting original imported burners, fully automatic programmed control, automatic fan blowing, electronic automatic ignition, automatic combustion of oil and gas, automatic proportion adjustment of air and oil (gas), good atomization effect, sufficient combustion, energy-saving and environmental protection, equipped with flameout protection device to ensure combustion safety. Under normal circumstances, the output of the burner automatically adjusts the length of the combustion flame with the temperature of the boiler. When the outlet temperature of the boiler reaches the set value, the burner automatically stops burning. When the temperature is below the set value, the burner automatically starts working. When fuel or air intake abnormalities occur, the fault light will light up, and the programmable control device will immediately stop outputting fuel, and the combustion engine will automatically shut down.
3. Furnace body design
The boiler structure is designed according to atmospheric pressure, with a large ventilation hole at the top. The boiler operates at atmospheric pressure and is kept away from explosion hazards; The boiler body adopts computer optimized simulation design, completely optimizing the size of the boiler, making the shape coordinated and beautiful.
4. Multiple protection systems
Leakage protection automatically cuts off the power supply due to leakage, and overheat protection automatically stops the burner and sends an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature; Secondary overheating protection means that when the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105 ℃, the secondary circuit is automatically cut off and the boiler stops working; Anti dry burning protection refers to the real-time monitoring of water level by the sophisticated water level electrode rod. When the boiler water level reaches or falls below the extremely low water level due to other reasons, the boiler stops working to prevent the danger of dry burning.
