User Terminal T1
The T1 user terminal is a simple and intelligent control unit suitable for key management systems in small local area networks. It comes with a unique administrator account for setting up the system. Users can verify themselves through fingerprint recognition, identification cards, or entering a PIN. At the terminal, users use an integrated keyboard to select the desired key. The i-keybox system guides users to the correct key position.

How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Do you also ship to countries where there are no partners yet?

When I receive my order?
For i-keybox key cabinets up to 100 keys approx. 3 weeks, up to 200 keys approx. 4 weeks, and for K26 key cabinets 2 weeks. If you have ordered your system with non-standard features, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 week. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
How long are the systems under warranty?

Can I change my order?
Yes, but please report this as soon as possible. Once the delivery process has begun, a change is no longer possible. Special designs cannot be changed either.

You have obtained long-term license to our key management software since the first key system ordered was enabled.
Are there any other screen sizes?
7" is our standard screen size, customized products are subject to specific conditions. We can provide more screen size options, such as 8", 10", 13", 15", 21 ", as well as operating system options such as Windows, Android, and Linux.
