Product Description
This is specially designed for OTR tires which the diameterof the tires can reach 4000mm.
Machine introduction (waste tire cutting machine)
1)It can be cut off all kinds of rubber blocks, strips arbitrarily and suitable for all kinds of bevel tires, wire tires, rubberstrips and other rubber parts cut off.The machine is composed of motor, hydraulic system, working cylinder, pair of blades, rack and rotating mechanism.
2)Its basic principle is that motor drive hydraulic system and cylinder, the tire placed between the two blades, first by locking the cylinder work so that the locking arm rotation, buckle the tire between the two blades, and then cut the cylinder work to rotate the moving blade, so that the two blades to form a shear potential, to achieve the effect of shear.
3)In addition, the equipment has large shear knife, good shear effect, fast shear speed, low energy consumption, small size, very convenient movement, because of the use of hydraulic system, so easy to operate, safe.
