2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, about 20 minutes away from Baiyun International Airport .All our clients from abroad are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q:Does the product have CE/ROHS certificate?
A:Yes, all our products are with CE/ROHS certificate.
4.Q:How to get the price list?
A:Please Email us with your items (like name, details address, telephone, etc),we will send you the price list as soon as possible.
5.Q:What's the shipping method and shipping time?
A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air and by Express. which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. by sea:20-40days; by air:5-10days ;by express:3-6days.
6.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou or Shenzhen, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
7.Q:What's the payment method?
A:T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. For small order,we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.
8.Q:How to place an order?
A:Please kindly send us you order by email ,we will confirm the PI with you .we wish to know the below: Delivery information-company name, details address, phone number, destination, transportation way ;Product information : item number, size, quantity, logo ,etc.
