introduction
The machine is semi-auto piston type filling machine with one-way valve, suitable to fill water based liquid, like wine, water oil etc or low viscosity paste like shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent etc. For thick & sticky paste, pls choose our another type filling machine.
The machine is made with SUS304, and contacted parts with liquid is made with SUS316L.
It is easy to adjust filling volume for example from 500ml to 50ml/ or from 1000ml to 100ml/ or from 5L to 1L etc, with adjustment handle on machine cabinet, with high filling accuracy.
Filling head adopts with anti-leakage, anti-dropping function.
The machine can be made with 1 filling head or 2 filling heads according to customers’ filling requirement.
Easy take down and clean.
Suitable for liquid filling, especially high-viscosity liquid, and high filling precision, widely used in food industry and daily chemical industry
