Double shaft shredder

The double-shaft shredder is also called the shearing crusher. Through the squeezing, shearing and tearing between the two sets of blades, the material is shredded and the size of the material is reduced. It is effective for the early crushing and reduction of materials. This machine is composed of a motor, a reducer, a main shaft and a blade. Through the reducer, the high speed of the motor is reduced to the low speed  for crushing. It has the characteristics of low speed, high power, low noise and low dust.

The dual-shaft shredder is mainly used for shredding wood, market garbage, household garbage, industrial garbage, kitchen garbage, plastic garbage, organic garbage and other materials.

• Our double-shaft shredder is equipped with different cutter structures and different drive systems according to the actual requirements of customers. According to the customer's different material equipment tool thickness and the number of teeth.
• The blade material of this machine is 9CrSi, and other materials are carbon steel.
• If you need to use it on food processing, you can customize the contact part to be made of 304 stainless steel, and the blade is made of special stainless steel.
• The small size double shaft shredder can be assembled with the press into an integrated shredding and pressing machine to reduce the area occupied.
• A conveyor needs to be configured between the large-size twin-shaft shredder and the press to complete the material transfer.
