Appliaction
RB series Oil-based Self dry screen printing ink
Mainly used for
silk screen
balloons, rubber products, EVA products, TPR synthetic rubber and other elastic materials.

In the field of clothing (waterproof, breathable, and wear-resistant), in the field of home decoration (waterproof, dustproof, and stain resistant performance), in the field of automotive decoration (wear-resistant, weather resistant, and UV resistant performance), in the field of electronic products (phone cases, tablet cases, etc.), adding more personality and aesthetics to electronic products.
Ink characteristic
* Bright, the ink has good elasticity, elongation of 3-5 times, especially suitable for EVA material printing, and the ink does not break.
Other parameters
* Color: Refer to the color card
* Colour concentration: 8%-15%
* Fineness: under 5u
* Viscosity: 200p-280p
* Glossiness: 70-75
* Fluidity: 15-20mm/s
* Solid content: ≥45%
Usage
* Screen: 150-300 mesh polyester screen printing plate;
* Rubber scraper: 65-85 degree polyurethane squeezers are recommended.
* Reference dosage: 300 mesh screen to print it ’s about 30 ㎡/kg;
* Curing method: Natural evaporation drying (surface drying for 10-15 minutes,
thoroughly drying for more than 30 minutes) or hot air drying below 60 degrees Celsius.
* Choice of solvent: Choose 719 (fast drying), 718 (medium dry), 783 (slow drying) thinner. Select the appropriate diluent according to the printing environment and room temperature.
