This machine is formed by two different diameter rollers and follows specification to install jump plates at bike’s seat post , pedals, bars, luggage carries, with load set to this tester. Adjust the distance between front and rear wheel base on the standard for complete cycles, constantly rotate the wheel by 7-27km/hr so that the bike is supposed to maintain its normal function, and no part damage or crack is found. For brake test, follow the specification specified roller’s friction coefficient, wind speed and water-spray amount of loaded brake holding handle to test the performance and judge bike's performance under the defined frequency.
