Work Principle
The eddy current sorter is a sorting technology taht use a conductor in a moving magnetic field that can produce an include current. The sorting principle is the use of a magnet rotor made up a permanent magnets, which rotates at high speed to produce a high frequency magnetic field with alternating changes. When a conductor passes through the magnetic field and opposite to the magnetic field geneated by the rotation of the magent rotor. Non-ferrous metal (copper, aluminum, zinc, tin) jump out in the direction of the transport due to repuslion; they are separeted from non-metallic susbstances such as glass, plastic and ubber for sorting purposes.
