2.Q:How do you control your product quality?
A:Bi Xuan glass vases are all handblown products, so a few bubbles and streamlines are inevitable,
but Bi Xuan products in the factory will have strict inspections before packaging.
3.Q:What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A:We focus on promoting our own BIXUAN brand now so MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is very low. One
master carton per series is accepted.MOA (Minimum Order Amount) is 2000USD per order and you can
mix different collections.
4.Q:Shipment
A:1. By sea or by air (Limited to sample purchases or an urgent need for small orders), or by your choice.
2. if this is your first time to import from China, and you do not have your own forwarder, do not worry
about it. We are here to solve all the problems for you, from looking for forwarder, checking shipping
cost,shipping date,booking,customs,loading etc. BIXUAN will also prepare all the documents
in advance for your pick up in destination port.
