The poly V-belt, also termed multi-ribbed belt, with the characteristic V-ribs which is resistant to oil and temperature stresses, static dissipating. The belts are developed to improve capacity with outstanding performance at higher speeds on smaller diameter pulleys. The V-profiles of the belt are in a special formulated rubber compound with direction oriented fibres that cut noise and provide very high flexibility and stability.
CR QUALITY
Neoprene has certain cold resistant and heat resistant properties, its resistance to bend torsion properties and resistance to aging ozone resistance than general unsaturated rubber is good, have good oil resistance to solvents and chemical stability.
EPDM QUALITY
EPDM performances better in resistance to ozone aging weather resistance heat aging , and its electrical insulating performance resistance to chemical corrosion impact elasticity is good (in low temperature elastic keep good performance).

Application:
The poly V-belt can replace several traditional belts and reduce operating costs considerably. The belt also distinguishes themselves by their light and vibration free operation and long life. The low cross section of the multi-rib belt makes it very flexible and permits it to be used in serpentine drives.
