Beer Stabilized Preparation Silica Gel
Beer silica gel is mainly used for beer filtration and is an essential product for beer filtration. It is a solid powder with an amorphous and porous structure. Silicone does not react in beer, which does not affect the taste of beer. It is non-toxic, tasteless, and not expensive, much cheaper than PVPP. Beer silicone can be divided into dry silicone and water silicone, which are harmless to the human body. Easy to adsorb and remove turbid proteins and polyphenolic polymers from beer, playing a role in removing impurities and odors, improving the quality of beer, extending its shelf life and storage period, and effectively improving and ensuring the quality of finished beer.
Usage Method:
1. Beer silica gel is suitable for use in brewery production lines with diatomaceous earth filters, and can be added to the filter's diatomaceous earth pre coating tank and additive like diatomaceous earth.
2. After fermentation and before filtration, use batch or continuous addition of beer silica gel. Batch addition: Put it into a can filled with beer at once, maintain adsorption time for more than 5 minutes, and the beer silica gel can be completely removed during filtration. Continuous addition: Add the calculated amount continuously to the beer and pass it through a container that can maintain contact time for more than 3 minutes before passing through the filter.
3. Preparation of suspension: Beer silica gel should be mixed with cold deoxygenated water or beer to form a suspension of 10% -20% before being added to the mainstream of beer. It is recommended to use carbon dioxide during the pulping process to prevent the intake of oxygen. Before addition, it should be stirred and agglomerated. Under low-speed stirring, this suspension should be used within 5 days. The best effect is achieved when it is used on site.
Composite plastic knitted bag(with inner poly bags sealed), 10kg/bag, cartons are used as outer package.
