Feature Description
The whole machine is divided into 4 separate rolling drums, with bamboo and wood as the wall material. Bamboo and wood can better reduce the use of rolling oil than previous wooden rolling drums.
Bamboo fiber: The density of bamboo fiber rollers is higher than that of traditional wooden materials, reducing the use of polishing oil. It can better maintain the constant temperature of the inner barrel, making the grinding effect of the workpiece more ideal and shortening the polishing time
Automatic ventilation system: a patented product that maintains a constant temperature inside the barrel, ensuring that the product does not shrink or deform due to high temperature

1, Grind diamond shaped coarse beech wood and add corresponding polishing oil additives (surface smoothness)

Centrifugal Barrel Finisher features four 48” wide by 8’’ diameter barrels.
The lids are not removed during operation on the machine. Each barrel has 5 hinges with springs along the back side of the cover to aid in opening the lid. The operator simply unlatches the front locking mechanisms and lifts the lid to open each barrel. The barrel lid will remain open while the operator loads or unloads the machine.
