SV-628 is a one-part, acetoxy cure silicone sealant for general purpose applications. It provides a flexible bond and will not
harden or crack. It is a high performance sealant, with +-25% movement capability when properly applied. It offers long term durability in a
range of general sealing or glazing applications on glass, aluminum, painted surfaces, ceramics, fiberglass, and non-oily wood.

SV-628 is available in black, gray, white and other customized colours.
CURE TIME
As exposed to air, SV-628 begins to cure inward from surface. Its tack free time is about 50 minutes; the full and optimal adhesion depends on the sealant depth.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
SV-628 should be stored at or below 27℃ in original unopened containers. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Surface Preparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt,or glazing compounds and protective coatings.
Application Method
Apply SV-628 in a continuous operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces. Remove masking tape as soon as the bead is tooled.
