operation method:

Cleaning anti-rust oil; Fill with hydraulic oil: open the oil tank cover and fill about 60 liters of hydraulic circulating oil (China petroleum corporation no. R-68#) inside the lower left cover of the machine. Connect the power supply and check the voltage. Professionals should be responsible for this work. Check the motor steering: when starting the motor, the pressure of the pressure gauge should rise to 40kg/cm2. If the pressure does not rise, the motor may be running in reverse direction, as long as the power line in any two (phase) can be changed; Lubricating oil should be injected into each lubrication nozzle before starting operation of the machine; Turn off the power after use. Empty machine operation is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the machine; Keep the machine clean, clean the machine body after work every day, pay attention not to use gasoline, toluene and other corrosive volume, so as not to damage the machine; Pay attention to the cleanliness of the electrical box, do not place sundries and conductors; Regularly check the presser bar chute and moving parts, fill and replace the lubricating oil in time to ensure lubrication; Replace 68# circulating hydraulic oil once a year to ensure that the oil temperature does not rise and extend the service life of the machine; If the machine oil leakage, oil seepage, should inform the maintenance treatment; Ensure screws, door cover complete, fastening machine parts, strict implementation of operating procedures and timely inspection and troubleshooting.
