Advertising Nail Description

Advertising nails are nails used to fix advertising logos and signs. Advertisement nails are generally divided into three parts, wall screws, base and decorative parts. The base is first fixed on the wall through the wall screws, and then the decorative parts pass through the positioning holes of the billboard and are fixedly connected to the base.

Advertising Nails Production Process

1.Cold heading

One wire is fed from a wire coil through a drawing machine, then the straightened wire flows directly into a cutting machine that will be cut automatically into pieces at a designated length and die will cut the head of advertising nails blank into a predefined shape.

2.Thread rolling

Once the wire was colded headed,the advertising nails blanks will be automatically transferred to the cutting dies from a vibrating hopper,then the hopper guides the advertising nails blank down to the dies.

3.Surface polishing

The advertising nails will be fed to the polishing machine , where the advertising nails will be polished to have a nice looking on the surface.

How To Install

1. Use an electric drill to punch holes in the wall.
2. Hammer the expansion tube into the wall with a hammer.
3. Unscrew the base and screws of the advertising nail.
4. Use a screwdriver through the base to tighten.
5. The screw rod passes through the plexiglass, and then screwed into the base to tighten.
