Product Description:
PU glue common name white glue, chemical name is polyurethane resin.PU material is widely used in thermal insulation materials, synthetic leather, aerospace materials, shoe materials, PU glue, can be used for PVC, TPR, rubber, nylon cloth, ABS, synthetic leather and other PU cooperation materials bonding.
Type:
There are water-based PU adhesive and oil PU adhesive.
Application:
Polyurethane glues will work on just about all normal materials, porous or not. Wood, metals, rubbers, cured epoxy, leather, tile and glass, many plastics, concrete and brick, the list goes on. It does not work well on polypropylene, polyethylene or on such substances as Teflon or silicone. Nor does it like waxy or oily surfaces.
Suitable for the bonding of shoe materals,PU leather, PVC leather, PU soles, rubber, etc. Widely applied in manufacturing of top-grade women's shoes and sports shoes.
Features:
PU glue has excellent bonding fastness, good heat and weather resistance, colorless and translucent, environmental protection, non-toxic, easy to operate, suitable for production line.
Attention:
The bonding surfaces of the two materials are preferably painted with glue. It is best to brush twice glue to ensure the effect.Adjust according to the actual situation.
