Operation and maintenance

*Whether common power or standby power with voltage or not, all can be by manual mode operated. Under manual,put the auto-manual button to manual position, pull the handle by clockwise to end, standby power implementation circuit breaker Qr is OFF, implementation of common power supply circuit breaker Qn ON; When pull handle counterclockwise to the end, the implementation of standby power source Qr is ON, implementation of common power supply circuit breaker Qn is OFF; * Set the auto position, if the common power is normally, ATS will transfer to common power working. The common power indication will bright on panel; If the common power is unusually, ATS will transfer to standby power working.The standby indication will be bright on the panel. *ATS has 1A of two units fuses and a electric connector, fuse as short-circuit protection in automatic controller. The terminal provides active power for the indicator light to be connected to the control box panel, and its voltage isAC220V, current is 150mA, the specific operation can refer to the attached manual circuit diagram for connection.

Switch structure description

1. Electrical key lock: Control the internal control circuit power supply of the switch. Only when the electrical lock is opened can the switch achieve fully automatic, forced "0", and remote operation; When the electrical lock is closed, the switch can only be manually operated. 2. Operating handle: When using the operating handle for manual operation, the electrical lock must be closed first. 3. Mechanical padlock: A specialized padlock mechanism for maintenance. During maintenance, turn the switch to "0" position, then pull up the padlock mechanism and lock it. It can prevent any accidents (pulling up the padlock will cut off the internal control power supply of the switch, the switch will not be able to automatically, and it can also prevent the handle from being put on). 4. Indicator: The three states (I, 0, II) positions of the indicator switch.
