TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER (NCS-TT105)
NCS-TT105 smart temperature transmitter adopts fieldbus technology, is a new generation of fieldbus smart temperature transmitter, and is an indispensable field device in process control. The device integrates rich functional modules, which can realize both general detection functions and complex control strategies.
NCS-TT105 adopts digital technology, which can be applied to a variety of thermal resistance and thermocouple sensors, with a wide range, simple interface between the field and the control room, and can greatly reduce the cost of installation, operation and maintenance.
NCS-TT105 smart temperature transmitter supports HART, FF, PA protocol and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, power plant, metallurgy and other industries.

It is realized by connecting terminals, and the software configuration type is PT100, which can measure the temperature value corresponding to the PT100 sensor.
The cold end compensation function of the thermocouple requires that the temperature of the reference of the thermocouple should be constant, generally at 0 ℃ according to the temperature measurement principle of the thermocouple.
Therefore, we need to develop a cold-end compensation algorithm to ensure the temperature collected by the thermocouple is accurate.

The assembly structure of the transmitter
As the core of NCS-TT105 temperature transmitter, the communication board connects terminal board, isolation board, instrument board and display board. The LCD board rotating in four angles is fixed on the communication board, as picture shows.
NCS-TT105 temperature transmitter consists of five components, as shown in the picture
(1)Terminal board: it is used to connect with bus, temperature sensor, instrument board and communication board.
(2)Instrument board: it can convert the temperature sensor signal to voltage signal, and then provides the digital signal to board via A/D.
(3)Communication board: it is the core of smart instrument, providing the functions of fieldbus communication, control, diagnosis and maintenance.
(4)Isolation board: it is used for isolation between communication board and instrument board (including power isolation and signal isolation).
(5)Display board (optional): it is used to display temperature and function block parameters.
INSTALLATION
Installation
For installing a smart temperature transmitter, there are three types of mounting brackets available: tube-mounted flat bracket, tube-mounted curved bracket, and disk-mounted curved bracket. Correspondingly, there are three installation methods, namely flat bracket tube installation, curved bracket plate installation, and curved bracket tube installation. The installation methods are described below:
A typical installation of flat bracket tube installation is shown in the picture,fix the transmitter on the tube-mounted flat bracket, and then fix the tube-mounted flat bracket to the vertical tube of about Φ50mm through U-bolts.
The picture shows the typical installation method of the curved bracket plate installation. Fix the transmitter on the panel mounting bracket, then fix the panel mounting bracket on the dial with M10 bolts (provided by the user).
Pictures show the typical installation method of the curved bracket tube installation. Fix the transmitter on the tube mount bracket, then fix the tube mount bracket to the horizontal pipe of about Φ50mm through U-bolts.

FF TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER CONFIGURATION
Topological Connection
FF transmitter supports many kinds of connection, as shown in picture.There is a transmitter bus connection; the bus ends are connect terminal matching resistance, which ensures the signal quality, as shown in picture. The maximum length of bus is 1900 meters and it can be prolonged to 10 kilometers with repeaters.
HART TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER CONFIGURATION
Topological Connection
The connection mode of the temperature transmitter includes (4~20) mA compatible mode and networking mode.
Feature:
1) Access to the previous level control system through the HART interface equipment;
2) Sharing of analog and digital communication methods;
3) The HART slave equipment short address is 0.
Feature:
1) Access to the upper-level control system through the AI module;
2) Using only the digital function of the HART system, the current on the line is fixed to 4 mA;
3) HART7.0 supports up to 64 (polling address 0~63) device networking.

A PROFIBUS PA network topology can have a variety of different structures, as shown in picture. It shows the bus connection of the PA instrument. Both ends of the bus need to be connected to terminating resistors to ensure the quality of the bus signal. The bus has a maximum length of 1,900 m and can be extended to 10 km using a repeater.
