Product Overview
Silicon aluminum alloy is a composite strong deoxidizer, the density of silicon aluminum alloy is 4.5g/cm3, which is larger than the density of pure aluminum 2.7g/cm3, easy to enter the molten steel, the internal burning loss is less, and the utilization rate of aluminum can be more than doubled when using silicon aluminum alloy in the steelmaking process than using pure aluminum alone as a deoxidizer. The product with low melting point formed by deoxidation of silicon aluminum alloy is easy to float to the surface of liquid steel, reduce the inclusion in steel, have the effect of pure liquid steel, and improve the quality of steel. Silicon aluminum alloy can also be used to produce silicon alumin alloy and metal thermal reduction reducing agents.
