4 Q. How can I get the accurate price ?
A.There are some basic specs we need to know for price calculate, that are: 3D drawings in STP,IGS,X-T format are avaialble, Please suggest us your quantity too.
5 Q. Do you accept the OEM?
A. OEM is welcome. We can custom the good according to your design.
6 Q.What ’ s your MOQ?
A. Different item MOQ differ, please consult with enquiry or contact our Trade Manager.
7 Q.Could see have my logo on? Own design?
A. 1) Remind us your design or logo with AI file.
2) The color, position of logo, silk screen printing, debossed or embossed available.
8 Q.How long can I expect to get the sample? How many days? Is there any charge?
A. 1) Please send us the model number of item.
2) Sample free each model of one, shipping fee on customer charge.
3) Usually 3-5 days send out, choose DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT …
9 Q. How do i pay for the order?

10 Q. I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be manufactured. Can you help?
A. Yes! We are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design and we can advise on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs.
11.Q.How much of my own design? How many of sample charge? Is possible refund once placing mass production?
A. 1) Molding and sample fee should depend your design.
2) Lead time 5-30 days for sample mold, 5-60 days for mass production mold
3) Sample charge fee return once place order. Refund molding fee base on your orders.
4) Please notice that all samples we send out not include shipping fee. Hope your understanding!
12 Q. My components have already been developed on CAD. Can you use the drawings?
A. Yes! DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks and Rhino files can all be used to generate quotes, models and mould tools - this can save time and money in producing your parts.
